Hey Red Abbey fans!
It's been a crazy past few months, we're happy to say that we have just finished recording the album tonight! All 12 songs done, now just mixing/mastering.
We are currently in the works of planning our release shows/tours. The album will be available for purchase on our website as well as iTunes beginning of February, exact date soon to come!
Also we had another successful West Coast tour, we will be back again once the album is released this time touring from San Diego up to Seattle. That's it for tonight- more tomorrow.

Hey Red Abbey fans!
It's official- Red Abbey is back touring the West Coast next month of December! We have shows lined up for San Francisco, Eugene OR, Tacoma, Olympia and Seattle!

We head back to LA next wk for the last few days of our album recording- than it's off to mixing and mastering! New video of our album process will be posted later today- stay tuned!

Hey Red Abbey fans!
It's been a hectic month so far, been driving back and forth between Vegas and LA every few days to work on our album! So far we've tracked all the drums/bass/sax/main vocals & rhythm guitar. We still have to add violin/vocal extras/solos...and than start the mixing process :)
We will release "The Day After" Jan 29, 2011 and will have three album release parties; in LA, NYC and Vegas -dates & show details to come.
We are taking a break from shows this month because of the album, but don't worry December we're back in full swing, with another west Coast tour, you can check out dates at http://reverbnation.com/redabbey.

Hey Red Abbey fans! Had such an amazing last two days in the studio. Yesterday we were at Serenity West Studios again and finished tracking the rest of our bass/drum/ rhythm guitar tracks.

Hey Red Abbey fans!
We had an amazing first day recording our album! Currently we are working at Serenity West (Sound) where Godsmack and Ill Nino did their albums, kinda cool to be sharing their equipment :).
Today we worked at a great pace and were able to track 7 songs in just 6hrs- all bass/drums/and rhythm guitar. We have five more songs to track tomorrow, and than Monday & Tuesday we spend adding all the vocals.
We've been documenting the whole process- will have video footage/sneak peeks of songs and the album making in the next day or so, stay tuned:). That's it for tonight, going to get some rest for another long day tomorrow, keep it rockin' and thank u for all your support!

We are about to record our new album "The Day After," but we need your help! We have the music but need help with the funding-
We have an amazing producer on board some of his previous artists include: Beyonce, Michael Jackson, Missy Elliot, Steve Miller Band and Ill Nino.
This new album will showcase Red Abbey's edgier style and sound along with some of our EP songs revamped.
Throughout this project we will give fans exclusive updates/videos and sneakpeeks of new songs. All fans who donate will also be able to vote to which song is the first single released off the album that will be made into our next music video. Everyone who donates $20 or more will also recieve a pre-released autographed album before our album release date.

Hey Red Abbey fans!
We've had an amazing past wk- touring in WA. It was great to bring Red Abbey up to Washington to play tour & meet our WA fans and make new ones. We will be back up north again first two wks of December for another west coast tour, so far we will play Cedarwood 12/11 and Jazzbones 12/12 in Tacoma as well as Red Devil Lounge in San Francisco- more show dates and details to come.
Tomorrow we head to LA to start our album, "The Day After"! We'll be recording at Serenity West Recording where both Godsmack and Ill Nino recorded their albums :)..not to mention Sully from Godsmack owns part of the studio and we'll be using their equipment :). We will be there for the next few wks, stay tuned- possible sneak peeks/footage of the recording process to come.
