REFLECT

Life is a lot of external input. When we reflect we take time to process external input with internal needs. Reflection is a tool to see how our actions may or may not be serving us. This helps to keep perspective as we prospect our way through life. It is not about judging or degrading the self. It can however let you know if you are walking your talk and bring awareness of how we can adjust or adapt to allow for changes in the overall balance of our life. Know you can be free!

Prospect

Prospects, or possibilities are everywhere. Our motivation or intention to accomplish something is about the possibilities we dig into and work to harvest the best in life. Of course each opportunity we seek, is a seed of an idea we have to grow into reality. This relates back to perspecting to maintain perspective and might raise doubt or perhaps it will help to figure it out. Either way we are making up the plan as we go along as we use our intention. Adjustments from running at the speed of life are needed, and reflection is the next part of the process.

Perspect

So one of the elements that is part of the central theme of The Space Place book is the idea we all perspect prior to deciding on a perspective. It is true that the word perspect is not found in the English dictionary at this time. However, if perspective is defined as the way we see things (visual or mindset), How or why do we see them that way? This is different from introspection which is generally defined as looking at one’s self. It is also different from judgment which is more of an opinion. It is more along the path of discernment, or being able to clearly grasp and understand things. It is also related to our intention and purpose that was discussed in the March 7, 2014, blog entry. Keep in mind, that because we are constantly moving, we must keep perspecting to maintain perspective. To see where you are at, where there is to go and when to just be for yourself and your family. To figure out where you stand, or what is most important to you. It may be essential to do some prospecting to get or keep things going. After all, we all do things. So what are you doing?

More on prospecting in the next week. You may find yourself doing some perspection in the meantime.

Peace Out!

Intention meets Purpose

Back to share a precursor that ties into the central theme of the Space Place Book. Intention meets Purpose Is our purpose our intention? Is our intention our purpose? They are linked for sure but I intend to ask you, “Consider this?” It could be said as we use our intention we discover our purpose If we are filled with purpose how does it meet with our intention? You could just intend to have purpose. Or purposely intend not to know. Or intend on looking at it for no purpose, only to find another purpose with new intention. You can also intend to look at it on purpose to discover intention that leads to new purpose.
