when you ask me to perform at your establishment, and we agree upon a price, you do not change that price because you were not as busy as you had hoped. i will play for as long as we agreed for whom ever is there, or not, if you wish to close early. i will even be happy to play longer if the evening calls for it. you are not paying me for the amount of time that i perform. you are paying me to load heavy equipment into my vehicle, drive to your establishment, unload and set up equipment upon arrival, perform as long as need be, then break down and reload said equipment into my vehicle, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, you are paying me to do this for you in spite of the other offers i had to perform that evening at other establishments. please understand this before requesting my services.
