Give to him that asketh thee and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away. I have had some people say that they don't give the homeless people money because they will use the money to buy drugs, alcohol etc. Well, if you base the above philosophy with God's principle then it is wrong. You have to give him that asketh from thee but I think the right thing to do is to pray over the money before you give it out and tell God not to allow the individual to use it for purposes that does not glorify His name. God will honor that request. It is more blessed to give than to receive.
