Yeah, so it's been 3 months and not much has changed... until now. Today at last we got round to putting up some of the work from August. Two new versions of Take Some Time and Tales have gone up for you to enjoy and we think you'll find they are a marked improvement on the original demos. They're faster, louder, and more badass than before. Hope you like 'em. A couple more to follow in the next 3 weeks or so.
Happy Crimbo to everyone and cheers!

So it's been a month since Geordie and Matt did their parts for the 3 tracks and Giles has been busy working on the guitar parts and the vocals. We had aimed to have these done by the weekend but it doesn't look like that is going to happen at the moment. We want to get these right so that the songs represent us and what we are striving to achieve to their full potential- and that means taking time to get it all right, mixed well and sounding good.
You'll be pleased to hear that in between times we're taking time to work on new songs with a view to some more recording time in December. One song in particular 'superzero'- the story of a superhero who is shit at his job is sounding particularly promising.
Other than that, now we are back at university we hope to be putting on some gigs in the area soon... keep your ear to the ground.

It's been a shattering week, Matt and Geordie have laid down their tracks for Tales of Perseverance, Blues 101 and Take some time. When we work, we work hard. Take after take until we got it right- and the work has paid off with some epic sounding work. We're going to reconvene in a few weeks to lay down the tracks for UNI and maybe a couple of new tunes we have been writing. In the mean time Giles will set to work on laying down guitar tracks and building on the harmonies from the old demos. We're excited...

On August 14th the boys will enter the studio for the first time. The demos you have been listening to are a mere flirtation with what we expect the final versions will be like. All three of us are very excited to finally get around to doing this, and have been eagerly waiting for a long time to get all the ideas into one place. We also hope to be able to get one or two of the new songs recorded as well so you can have a taster of what to expect from us in the future: we can assure you that they will be more energy fueled than anything you have heard yet...
we'll post the recordings in a few weeks.. in the mean time enjoy these rough versions recorded by Giles earlier in the year....
