Well, the RPM project was fun, and rewarding, but ultimately it was not destined to last forever. Recently the acoustic project has been getting more focus, and better response from the crowd at the latest performances. So, in light of that, this material will be the main push, going forward. New songs have started getting worked on, and some local Open Stage nights have begun seeing Nigel performing and getting back finto shape, musically. 2012 should see an increase in live appearances, and hopefully, some headline billing by the end of the year. It's not yet decided if a full band to support this material will happen, or just a bass player, or maybe just Nigel and his guitar. Step 1 is already in motion: regular performances at the acoustic jam nights around town. Step 2 will involve actual scheduled gigs. Since there is already an EP, Step 3 is covered ( would have been to record something ). Step 4 will be to book a headline slot with a supporting band, but we will see how that works out later this year.
Look for Nigel around town this spring and summer, if things happen the way they are intended to, you won't have to look very hard!
