A couple of years ago, we were sitting in the studio working on songs for a new album, when we came across the old song "If That Isn't Love" in a hymn book. We could only remember bits and pieces of the original Dottie Rambo arrangement, so we decided to create our own arrangement of the song. We're not sure that Dottie ever got to hear our arrangement, but we hope she would have been proud of our version. She was a fine lady and an annointed songwriter. Though she's no longer here with us on this earth, we know she's still singing in Heaven today! Make sure you drop by and listen to our version of "If That Isn't Love" if you get a chance.

Ok, well it took a bit to get the last video up on the fansite, but it's finally there. This was the last day of recording and by day 7 in the studio and the motel, we had all totally lost it!
A friend gave me a copy of some old guy teaching you "How ta Thow Ya Voice." Well, we all laugh histerically at this guy every single time we hear it! Anyway, it may not really be that funny, but by day 7, we thought it was pretty hillarious.

My wife and kids were able to come up last Thursday and stay with us for a few days. Unfortunately, Kerie and Jay's better halves weren't able to get away and come see us. We had a blast working on these 4 songs and we hope you guys are gonna like 'em too. Nathan just sent over the mix tonight for the 4th song called "Hallelujah." All we have to do now is finish the other 6.
I know we've said it a hundred times, but we do really appreciate all of your prayers, emails, and comments. We definitely like to hear from YOU! So, keep in touch. We'll be sending as many updates as we can over the next few weeks/months.

Jerry McPherson did an awesome job tracking the electric guitars today. It was pretty surreal that he was actually playing guitars on OUR record

We had a great concert in Puryear, TN last night. We got back to the hotel around 12:30am and pretty much crashed.
Today we finished acoustic guitars on 3 songs and 1 lead vocal. We will finish the 4th guitar part tomorrow and continue on with lead vocals. Nathan is making us work very hard to put forth our best effort. We hope y'all are gonna like it!

Recording is going very well. We finished bass and drums on 4 songs yesterday. Ben Phillips will edit today and we'll be ready to start acoustic guitars and vocals on Monday at Nathan Nockels place.
