Welcome to Third Time Lucky's first Blog.
No doubt will have heard on such radio shows as Hospital FM & Asylum Classics. We get aired in there regularly, part mainly to the fact that we're outpatients.
This weekend (30/05/08 - 1/06/08) was a monumental occasion in 3TL's short history, saw another beverage fuelled session, which ushered in another 2 new tracks toward our forthcoming album, "The Brazilian Cut".
Stood Right Here was our first dig of the weekend, adapted from A band Ben and Myself, play- twiddled with, The Boondoggles.
The other was a piece for acoustic guitar, which my new flatmate Tom played on piano and won over the entire band, the git.
However once we'd arranged it and completed recording around midnight, more than likely to the excitement of our neighbours, to whom I say, when we're all rich and famous, you could sell your half of the house a million pigs.
Ladies and genteelmen, please let us know what you think of our efforts, if we're wasting our time when we could be pursuing careers in more stable areas, such as Insurance or Hairdressing, we would indeed like to know. We ask only that you refrain from the use of harsh language as my mum may read it and then what would I say? I'd be fucking devastated, I know that much.
