Caro Tom Petty è difficile spiegare il senso di vuoto e smarrimento che provo nel saperti lontano dal tuo amato stage e canzoni che mi hai fatto amare seguendoti.Quel giorno in un juke box di un bar tra le urla degli amici e boccali di birra ho messo quella semplice e magica monetina e mi sei apparso TU con "Refugee" ed è stato un lampo nella notte e mi sono detto "anch'io voglio essere come te" fare musica,scrivere canzoni,andare in Tour,ecc..Fortunatamente in parte mi è riuscito questo sogno e voglio proseguirlo pensandoti con stima e affetto ogni volta prima di salire nuovamente sul palcoscenico.. Ho i tuoi dischi,cassette,cd,i video dei tuoi concerti e mi sentirò meno solo.. Un abbraccio per sempre dal tuo fan Roberto Brandi
