...hello to all my friends and friends and fans .... it's the end to a rainy day ... just had a great rehearsal with one of my background singers ... doing some unplugged things ..... I'll be doing a series of open mike unplugged dates soon .... and I want to be at my best .... it also keeps one true to their art and humbled ... ... hello to my fans and well wishers ...... today has been a beautiful day weather wise but a very stressful day personally... why do I write this... everyone has these type days ... this is true but not everyone can go to a quiet place and play music .... this is what I needed to do .. go sit on my keys and let what ever came out of my fingers come out ..... I see first hand how music can soothe a savage beast .... this is what it did for me... calm the rage that was brewing inside me...go get you a glass of refreshment ...put on your favorite song, hopefully mine, and let the tunes take you away... time to get back at it...talk tomorrow!

.....hello everyone! well it's after 12 and we've just finished rehearsing for Saturday's show at Edgar's of Akron, Ohio ..thi rehearsal was great and it promises to be a great show .... these past days we've been doing awareness for autism.... autism affects 1 in every 88 children ....we need to support research to help curb the effects of this desease.......Until it has touched your family one just doesn't know how life chnages for the care giver ...how do I know? I have a grandson who has autism....his voice can be heard in the start of my song, Who....life for my daughter has really changed with each year of growth for my grandson.....the individual attention children with desease need can be demanding .....because of research and the study of autism, we are starting to understand what it takes to defeat this desease.....so join me in support for the illimination of this desease... sleep tight

I'm working hard towards my opportunity to play in one of the most famous festivals in Georgia ..... The Sweet Auburn Festival ... I'll be play on the same stage that such greats as Usher, The Braxton's and many more have played on .. I'll also be representing my city there... ....hey to myy fans and well wishers ..... tonight's blog post will be a repost of tuesday's post...in this holiday season people have alot on their minds .. maybe this post will help someone and encourage them to hang in a little longer.. it will be Alright .... well here it is....... hello everyone ... I'm going to do something different tonight ... I've been asked about my inspirations to my song that I write ... well tonight I'm going to give you all a little of me .... I'm going to share the inspiration behind my song "It's Over"... go listen to It's Over in my song selection..... listen to it closely and I'll tell you about it here .... well here we go... when I was 18 yrs old 2 months after graduation my Mom suffered a bad devorce ...we lost everything ...moved from a nice home that was hers to a small rental property in a rougher neighborhood .... 3 kids in tow ... there we went ... I had to quickly become a man and do what a man does ...I slept alone upstairs and one night bout 2 am I came down the stairs and behind the cracked bedroom door I heard a small still voice whimpering so I very quietly went and peeked in the cracked door.... it kind a gets to me to even write about it ... but anyway ... I peeked in the cracked door and there she was on her knees against her bed praying for help for help to get through the next day... it was over ..... she was alone wondering if she had done the right thing ..... she had 3 kids to look out for and what was she gonna do..... imagine that .... how many of you have been there before .... if you have .. come talk to me here at http://reverbnation.com/michaelegleton or MICHAELEGLETON.COM ... tell me your story ..... tonight and the rest of the week I'm going to make It's Over a free download so you can have it for inspiration ...
