A Beginning is an Ending in Disguise
as I just hope we all take time to create some in the present and near future because I think for most of us it is so fulfilling!

I am a Negro
Black as the night is black,
Black like the depths of my Africa
I've been a slave:
Caesar told me to keep his door-steps clean.
I brushed the boots of Washington,
I've been a worker:
Under my hand the pyramids arose.
I made mortar for the Woolworth Building
I've been a singer:
All the way from Africa to Georgia
I carried sorrow songs.
I made ragtime.
I've been a victim:
The Belgians cut off my hands in the Congo.
They lynch me still in Mississippi,
I am a Negro:
Black as the night is black,
Black like the depths of my Africa.

Your whole body has
a fullness or a gentleness destined for me.
When I move my hand up
I find in each place a dove
that was seeking me, as
if they had, love, made you of clay
for my own potter's hands.
Your knees, your breasts,
your waist
are missing parts of me like the hollow
of a thirsty earth
from which they broke off
a form,
and together
we are complete like a single river,
like a single grain of sand.

Video of Ryan Holiday speaking to U of Alabama Football Team (which has won the national football title a whopping 18 times) as this video is chock full of great tips from one of my home states which is AL and FL but I would say my forever state after 5 years of living in NJ is NY with my favorite city being the one I live which is NYC and so check it out if you need to get motivated.
Some quotes as I will add the others I liked throughout the day are the following.
Every man I meet is my master in some point, and in that I learn from him.

Resting in hot tub
Stretching the sweat from my pours
pure and forgiven.
Always traveling
When I really want to rest
and be with myself

We be living the
hell out of our lives. We be
sober but feel high
Celibrity A
nonymous is so fun yet
nobody knows me
It's good to forget
my dreams, cause it hurts to much
to remember them
Why do people see ones
they love after they're dead
instead of before
I tend to be an
earnest listenere when I have
my foot in my mouth
Always traveling
When I really want to rest
and be with myself
Trees green with power
The sun burns my backside till tan
I look up and smile
Damn, If the condoms
in my wallet are looking
a little too old
Please love me as much
as I love you and I want
to love you a lot
Feel Words Move Forward
All night I wait for a phrase
that I will not forget

Only connect!
That was the whole of her sermon
Only connect the prose and the passion, and both will be exhalted,
And human love will be seen at its height
Live in fragments no longer.
Only connect. . .

As I age, I notice my body doing
something, and I want to see what it's
doing. I don't want to interfere with
that. It knows something I don't. It's like
being pregnant. You don't know how to
age, except intellectually. But your body
knows. I think I first noticed this when
I thought about menopause because
I saw that my body was gettingrid of
everything it needed to produce another
person and retaining that which was
necessary to support one person. It was
a process I was observing, not directing.
It gives you some respect for the wisdom
of the body.

I believe your definitiion of success is personal and in how you define it.
Don't let others define what's successful for you and what makes you happy.
We only have one time to go around on this planet.
Have those in your life that you love be in your life not because of a sense of obligation but because they want to be in your life and they see the value and the benefit of you knowing each other.
See that by letting them go that when they choose to be in your life there's not only a freedom in that choice but a different type of security, accountability and a more present sense of being grateful for having them in your life.
By doing this I believe that those that are important to you will see that the love you share for each other is supported by truth, actions reciprocity and reward.
