Tatu Rei 2nd Album Recording

Its been an amazing 4 months through the process of recording our second album. We all agree that this piece of work is by far the best compilation of songs we have recorded to date.

It was great to have some of the best String players in Melbourne of the MSO and the Victorian Symphony orchestra come in under the direction of the awesome Tamil Rogeon to lay strings on two of our compositions. We are so proud of their work and cannot wait to share it with you all.

At the moment we find ourselves preparing for a few gigs in March and April, including a gig at Dizzy's Jazz club on the 17th of March and at Glenroy Festival on the 3rd of April. (Check our gig guide for details)

Besides that we have some small bits to finish off recording on the album before its ready to mix under the creative guidance of mixing wizard Damien Charles. Then off to mastering the album and printing and hopefully straight to your hands.

We will be announcing the dates for the launch within March and hope you all can make it down.
