Beginning the expressions

To catch you up;

I'm Adolfo. I've been writing music since I was twelve, started out punk, went metal. Then I studied classical guitar and opened up to jazz. Bring all this evolution together while developing in a melting pot city called Hialeah - you've got a sound like Nuestro's.

I brought together Nuestro about 5 months ago, started playing shows and writing tons of music ever since. We play all the time in Portland and surrounding cities. Recently I went to Minnesota with Morgan (Sax) and Hope (perc) to perform at Cornstalk- a festival put together by Medicine for the People (Medicine4thepeople.org). Then I went to Medellin, Co performing at house parties to gather the crown necessary for a return. Then returned to my hometown, Hialeah/Miami, FL and performed at several venues to gather that community.

We'll be in Hawaii in a few days touring throughout the Big Island with Medicine for the People, Worth (Worth-music.com) and SaraTone (Saratonehome.org). Our list of shows out there is available on Myspace, Facebook, etc... The roughest recordings of our first demo are done and I'll be jumping through the hoops to get it all on ITunes and such. When we get back from Hawaii we'll be taking every possible opportunity to record a combination of tracks that will make up an EP. With this EP we'll fish for resources to create an album and continue the touring around the world that began this last year.
