Jocelyn, i probably butchered her last name, Keates(?), is Monkey Brain's new vocalist! This is very exciting, and hopefully we will have a song recorded by the end of the month, showing off her wonderful voice. We are still searching for a drummer, but luckily we have come across a guy who is interested in drumming, whether or not he is into our band and commits is another story but hopefully he will be. We have a planned gig at the opening to an organic ice-cream, coffee, and bakery, Perfect Flavor, that hopefully will happen in the next few months. A few things are still up in the air but Monkey Brain is looking good and getting a great start. Get ready for some new kickin' monkey tunes!

We've got a new song that is something steven and i both think sounds pretty sweet, we did as much as we could as we didn't have tons of time to record, and hopefully we'll get the rest of the song done but its still pretty kickin'. Check it out.
