I Softloud nascono alla fine del 2005 da un'idea del cantante e chitarrista Cesare Bogazzi e del bassista Alessandro Corrias. Esordiscono con un live nel marzo del 2006 e nello stesso mese pubblicano una demo di 4 pezzi.

La prima formazione comprende Daniele Ortu alla seconda chitarra e Andrea Siddu alla batteria. Dopo numerosi cambi di line-up e una serie di concerti, sia in elettrico sia unplugged, trovano stabilità con l'ingresso di Marco Caravagna (Koscenza Sporca, Alberto Sanna) alla batteria.

Nel maggio del 2009 pubblicano il loro primo CD dal titolo A place to hide, che comprende 12 tracce registrate e mixate da Andrea Murgia presso lo H-Studio.

Nel 2010 Marco decide di lasciare il gruppo e si unisce a noi il batterista Gianmarco Mameli.

Softloud was born at the end of 2005 from an idea of the guitarist/lead singer Cesare Bogazzi and the bassist Alessandro Corrias. In March 2006 they performed live for the first time, and in the same month a 4 track demo was out.

The first formation included the guitarist Daniele Ortu and the drummer Andrea Siddu. After several line-up changes and live performances, both electric and acoustic, they found a good balance with the drummer Marco Caravagna (Koscenza Sporca, Alberto Sanna).

In May 2009 their first album A place to hide was out. It comprehends 12 tracks, recorded and mixed by Andrea Murgia at H-Studio.

In 2010 Marco decided to leave the band and the drummer Gianmarco Mameli joins us.
