Biography:

My name is Adam Joel, and this is the short version of my story. I was born into musical family and music/worship has always been an integral part of my life. I wrote my first song at eight. Since then, I have been involved in the Indie Christian music scene, including 10+ years as singer/songwriter performing with various musicians all over New England and beyond. I was honored to be connected with an amazing local church body where I had the opportunity to hold a worship leader position, I served there for nearly a decade. After years of growing, leading and an intense introspective journey, in which the Father would ultimately humble me, and show me the contrast between His plans and my own, I felt a familiar call drawing me back into the broader mission of music. He has since, moved my family and I to Tyler, Tx where we have teamed up an amazing group of anointed people at the Schambach Foundation . Since then, we have traveled with this amazing ministry overseas to South and Central America, ministering to tens of thousands for HIS glory!

"From the beginning, I wanted to be real, authentic, as God put it empty vessels. I wanted to be the same person on and off the stage, with no preconceived notions on the way its done. I believe the call is not about putting on a show or selling something, but rather this ministry in its purest form is about worship and pointing people toward the hill of the cross where the work is already done. Worship is more than something in which we participate or a ritualistic symbol of relationship. Worship is not defined by the style of music, or the setting in which it takes place. Worship is life. The songs I write are my worship to God from a place of honesty as I wrestle with the tension of how things are and how they should be."

Musically, Adam Joel has been influenced by a broad spectrum of artists from ALL genres! HE LOVES music, regardless where it was born or what various forms it may take on. "I believe that just as diverse as we are told heaven will be, so will be the sound of WORSHIP there that will carry on through eternity..."
