b.ware (born Brandon Ware, May 14, 1986) is a southern rap artist from the south side of Atlanta, Georgia. In 2008 he headlined Mercer University's annual Black Greek step show, Stompfest, and followed up as the opening act for The Plain White T's, The Shop Boyz, and Cartel at U.C. Live! Gaining momentum, the rapper released his first full-length mixtape, "b.ware Presents... The Red Tape Chronicles" at the end of 2010 as a manifesto for 2011 to do his part in ushering in a new standard in mixtape quality. Playing much like a concept-album, the mixtape serves as what he calls "a snapshot of my mindset from what I was educating myself with, and my deepest feelings about this country, my community, and the condition of myself and generation at that particular time." the rapper is currently working on a new mixtape entitled "ain't sh*t sweet."
b.ware's mission as an artist is to constantly reinvent himself, always keeping it fresh, new, and creative, bridge gaps between the so-called conscious and the commercial, make you think in new ways while nod your head, and to leave the listener not only satisfied, but with conversation that can help guide and carry them forward into the future. Sugar-Free.
