Biography:

Bafflegab is:
Cassius Blair, Katie Linch and Brian Frcho. We played for a few years under the moniker "Bliss". After a few line up changes we settled into a close version of our cozy arrangement in ealy 2010 and began recording our first record with Chris Manari @ UHFstudios in downtown Cleveland.We released the first full length record "Petnames" on Feb.11th 2011. We started work on our second full-length album in June 2011@ Bad Racket Studios in Ohio City with James Kananen and released it on March 16th at the Euclid Tavern, where we had released Petnames and also home to such bands as Pavement, Pere Ubu and Helmet to name a few in its golden years. Eli sadly left to focus on his wonderful musical identity as The Virgin Lungs and we got Brain Frcho as our new drummer happily after spending months working on drum machine versions of the songs that were not nearly as fun to play as with a real drummer. So we played a few shows to get our sea legs with the new guy and then we kinda hid away to work on new material and tighten up everything as a whole. In that time we did a single for Capital to shop around to labels on our behalf. After that Bryan...left our family and we got Katie, our wonderful new bassist, with whom we are now once again hiding out and getting our material ready for the public. More to come soon!
