In late 2007 Matt Powell, Scott Powell, and Jay Perez had been dialing in their new sound, after taking it in a new direction from their previous project Driven Away. In the fall they recruited, Doug "Dragon" Bolton, to play rhythm in the band. Shortly afterwards, bassist, Kyle "Sugar Plum" Pumfrey, was added to the mix. Together the five are hell bent on keeeping the true metal style and attitude alive and pushing it even further.
