Biography:

I play while sitting prone under a tree in a field on a plain. Why? I'll tell you why. I like to make music. I like to listen to music, but that mostly makes me feel like making music. So I started making music, lots of music.

I like the act of writing, playing and recording. The entire life-cycle of music. I've put together a fantastic web-site (http://cobzilla.com) and have put together a fantastic album for sale, details on my fantastic web-site.

I will continue to make music, to write music and to record music. Because that's what I love to do. Thanks!

Press:

I know this because this guy Bernie sits under that magical tree and writes some pretty damn magical music! So glad I stopped by here - made my day. Great music the guitar kicks ass, the harp kicks ass and most importantly Bernie's creative imagination really kicks ass. Love your stuff man! Best of luck - Stay close. And thanks for turning us on too some really great music. ”

"The album had to grow on me a bit but I enjoyed it. I might not say I’m into Bernie now as an artist, but I think I’m a fan of the personality that comes through his music. There’s a good deal of forgettable stuff here for sure, but also some highlights and I’d definitely check out any future release by Bernie."
Nathaniel Rolnick - Muzik Reviews

"Bernie creates soundscapes with a variety of textures. This album, the culmination of 5 years of studio work was is an inspired mix of jazz, blues, Pink Floyd, rockabilly, recording, playing and mixing all thrown together (look back at that opening sentence). I really like it."
