After kicking off his musical life by learning to play guitar along to early Metallica, sapient spent many a happy hour blasting thru 80s thrash tunes with Shaun, who later became one of the guitarists in Durham DM pioneers Morstice.
Following several years away from music, sapient rediscovered his love for all things loud and rewarded himself with a trip to Bailey Guitars' build-your-own guitar course.
