Cursive’s sixth full-length studio album Mama, I’m Swollen, was released on March 10th, 2009. In addition to landing the band their network television debut on The Late Show with David Letterman, the album was critically praised by publications such as Alternative Press, Billboard, Rolling Stone, and Time Out New York. Cursive spent the better part of 2009 and 2010 on the road over multiple headlining tours and in support of Alkaline Trio, and performed at the Concert For Equality (benefiting the ACLU Nebraska) in their hometown of Omaha, NE, on July 31st, 2010. This past New Year’s Eve in Chicago, IL, and on January 18th in Omaha, the band performed their landmark 2000 album Cursive’s Domestica in its sequenced entirety to celebrate its 10th anniversary. The band is currently working on new material.
