Paul Weitz (Guitar) Hails from Buffalo, NY and has been a professional musician for more than 30 years. Paul studied Classical Guitar at the University of Buffalo and studied formal Jazz Guitar in Los Angeles with Ted Greene and Sid Jacobs. Major influences include Barney Kessell, Ed Bickert and Lenny Breau. Paul has played with notables Jimmy Wyble, Sid Jacobs, and the Lettermen.
Paul performs throughout the greater Los Angeles area primarily with his trio and with jazz vocalist Donna Deussen. Paul's debut trio CD "The Paul Weitz Trio" released Spring 2010. It is available on CDBaby and iTunes. Paul and Donna Deussen released their first co-produced CD "On The Street Where You Live" released May 1st, 2014 and is available on CDBaby, iTunes, Amazon and other outlets.
