Beth grew up in a rural town in Colorado and at the age of fifteen, moved with her family to Buenos Aires, Argentina. Her musical tastes grew as she traveled to Chile, Uruguay, and Brazil with fellow musicians from school.
After moving back to the USA and finishing high school in Decatur, IL, Beth moved to Boston to attend Berklee College of Music, majoring in Music Therapy.
During the summer of 2007 Beth traveled to Kenya to volunteer in orphanages for two weeks. She brought her Music Therapy skills and compassion to children affected by poverty, violence, and HIV/AIDS.
Beth now lives in Palo Alto, CA. She works at VA Palo Alto and is currently a music therapist on an acute inpatient psychiatry unit there.
