The Modern Hypocrites are a 4 piece band that hail from Philadelphia, PA. They combine elements of 50's Rock, 60's Pop, and 70's Metal to establish a brand new style that the band like to call Love Rock. Love Rock is the brain child of the band's two chief songwriters Rhythm Guitarist/Singer Jeffrey Mitchell and Bass Guitarist Dusty Bennett. It is taken to great heights by the thunderous drumming of Derek "Dar" Gallagher and the Rolling Stones-esque riffs of lead guitarist Matt Chicchi.
