Born in Bangkok, Thailand to a Thai Mother and an African American Father raised in Dallas, Texas into the slowly fading sounds of Funk, Soul, R&B, 80s Rock and the vastly growing sounds of Hip-Hop. This singer/songwriter made a name for himself in contemporary R&B by landing a recording contract with Long Endz Records, resulting in the release of his 2002 self-titled debut album, which launched the swing-out/stepping club favorite “It’s A Party 2Nite”. The single, which was produced by Navajo (of the R&B group Profyle)gained recognition from The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences earning Yodchai a 2003 subsidiary Grammy nomination. Today, Yodchai has once again delivered with his sophomore album “Love Is…”
