Our band formed in Summer 2000,As "Stigmata"- a Thrash Metal band/ after the loss of four bandmates;Due to personal advancements & some tragedy-Such began the Hails to the Black Metal Bastardz av America,Skärva Av Glas, meaning profoundly-The fragments or Shard of Glass-
"Shards of Glass",was conceived in 2002-04 & transitioned into-"Skärva Av Glas"in 2008,
Never gaining a drum section or Bass due to differentation in musicakall- differences-ideas-& problems w/ the popularity of the name,"Shards Of Glass".The name change to Skärva Av Glas;suited us & we recorded & graphically designed all our own art,everything done by ourselves to complete the Demo/Album- released locally in 2009 As:
"Black Metal Bastardz" which later was released @ most musick stores locally & most recently our live recording "Still at the Launchpad"currently unvailable @ stores but downloadable at mediafire.com.This is a two piece band w/ influence & creativity to boot!Helvete is a member of the Satanic Sluts USA/Guitarist and Raven Blackfyre is the lead vokillist!Skärva Av Glas is currently destroying trend metal!!As an act is that innovative & motivational,a Must see!
