Best known for her emotionally-charged writing and vocals in the EDM genre, Slimmie has given fans a serious and eclectic collection of original songs and collaborations in her 10 years as a musician producer, vocalist and songwriter.

Slimmie's work in electronic dance music exploded onto the scene ever since her song, “Turning Me On,” with Andy Moor on Armada was supported and acclaimed by DJs worldwide. Continuing support for other works includes Lange, Roger Shah, Guiseppe Ottivani, RAM and many others.

Her first album “Take Me As I Am’ entered the Beatport pop charts at position 3 hitting the number 2 spot a week later.

Slimmie has worked with some of the genre’s top producers and labels including Andy Moor, Steve Williams ( - Eric Clapton, Sting), Danny Stubbs, Claudio Fiore,Yuri Lima, Fredd Moz, Muzik Dealerz, Cloverfield, Arman Bahrami, Blue Motion, Kovny, Michele Cecchi, 5thDimension, Vitodito, Cloverfield, Ultrasonic, Pascha and more.

As an artist, Slimmie has circled the globe. She also created and ran her own radio program in 2006, which combined a wide variety of EDM spanning from Progressive House to Trance to Chillout, and everywhere in between, including interviews with up and coming artists.

Always the cutting edge innovator, Slimmie was the first female and UK artist to perform live on the virtual world of SecondLife, in front of an live interactive audience of thousands, drawing the attention of numerous European radio and television outlets including the UK's CapitalFM and Radio One. This led to her creating and pioneering performances online for other virtual world companies, such as Active Worlds, Twinity and more.

Memorable Performances have ranged from Nelson Mandela’s '46664' Concert, Sport Relief (Comic Relief) The Prince of Wales Rainforest Trust, Second Fest and Radio Ones ‘Big Weekend’.

Currently, Slimmie is back to work in the studio on a second album and also writing for pop artists and DJ/Producers and is fast becoming a familiar name within the European music dance scene.
