Born Michael Moore (now Michael McConaha), in Zanesville, Ohio Michael grew up around music and knew from a very young age that country music was his calling. Inspired by his talented family, in addition to legends such as Merle Haggard, Ricky Skaggs and Garth Brooks, McConaha took his dreams of songwriting and performing to Nashville, Tennessee in 1998. Ready to take the radio waves by storm, McConaha is set to release his first single and video for his self-penned "High on the Hog", which features those same Garth Brooks studio musicians that he has been inspired by for so many years.
