My name is Ryan Golden. I am a thirty-two year old singer songwriter from Georgetown Ky. I have been actively pursuing a professional career in music for over 16 years. It all started in the middle of a McDonalds restaurant singing Boyz 2 Men songs to anyone that would listen. To my surprise at the time many people would. At the age of 16 I left school permanently to move to Houston Tx. My mother was running a very successful Karaoke business at the time.. For 6 out of 7 days we would find ourselves singing in front of many different people in many different places. As the Karaoke phase began to die down I felt that if I didn’t do something my dreams would pass me by. I didn’t have the connections necessary to break into the industry nor did I have the money. So I did the only thing I could think of and that was to enter every singing competition that came available.
