Randy Sherwood grew up in Cumberland, MD and received his B.S. in Music Education from Frostburg State University. After receiving his degree and teaching briefly in the MD school system, Randy entered the U.S. Air Force as a musician. He served in the Air Force Band program for 7 years before becoming a computer programmer. Following his first assignment as a computer programmer, Randy received a commission as an Air Force Lieutenant and completed over 22 total years of service, retiring at the rank of Major. Now settled in Destin, FL, Randy works as a senior test engineer and a part-time sax and keyboard player.
