Ido van der Laan is a unique and emotive singer-songwriter with a penchant for writing unforgettable melodies and warm lyrics in songs lending themselves to good pop sensibility in an acoustic/folk style. Born in Isreal to a Hungarian father and Dutch mother, Ido's style has a bardic, almost gypsy quality which his tender, tenor voice brings to life in his high energy performances.
