Biography:

Pedwell is the story of an artist who looked to his fans and in turn found his sound.

Pedwell is a DIY-minded artist who has been performing as a singer/songwriter and frontman since 2005. After inking a deal with a record company in ’07, Pedwell had realized his dream - but quickly discovered the harsh reality of being an artist placed on the shelf - stuck in limbo. After severing ties and several years of soul-searching, in 2013 Pedwell launched an Indiegogo campaign for a new album ‘Purpose’ which exceeded it’s goal in less than 12 hours. Inspired by the interest of his fans, Pedwell wrote, and wrote, and wrote..and through the guidance of producer Danny Craig (Default) found his sound – his niche: a new sound fusing Hip-Hop beats, Acoustic Guitars, and Pedwell’s signature vocal. The first example of this new sound is his first single ‘Strung Out‘. Pedwell is currently in the recording process of ‘Purpose’ with a planned June release and Pedwell's evolution has already taken many listeners by pleasant surprise.
