441…. up and coming rock-n-roll
Since hitting the scene strong in 2008, Tim Obzud, Kyle Lajoie, Jared Klatt, and Josh Klatt (441) has played hundreds of shows in New York - leaving their mark in numerous cities including Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, Canandaigua, and Niagara Falls. They have shared the stage with countless acts including Chase Coy and are asked time and time again to return to the big stage at HSBC Arena, Main St. Armory, Water Street Music Hall, The Tralf, and The Harro East.
“They are not just great musicians together,” says Glenn Colton, a professional children's performer, “but they all also play their individual parts well, which is rare for their age.”
The guys are huge crowed pleasers anywhere they take the stage, from festivals and fund raisers in front of thousands (Park Ave Fest, Taste of Rochester, MDA events) to private shows in front of hundreds. These guys aim to please and they never let you down.
After the demands from countless fans, 441 released their debut Album “Light the Way” in January, 2011 after signing with Kaotic Records. The album “Light the Way” has already been received with enthusiasm and strong supporting numbers. Sean Dobbin, writer for the Democrat and Chronicle described, “Light the Way” as having “a big sound.” The singles off “Light the Way” include “I Still Have You,” “American Boy,” and “Wondered Why.” The CD is currently selling on iTunes, CD Baby, Amazon, and more.
