Ingenious hardware driven grooves and rhythms with guitar, bass & percussionists.
Akahum had a blinding festi season in 2011, with some top slots at ace festi's like Glastonbury, Alchemy, Green Gathering Eden, Godzilaz & Out Of The Ordinary. They have been confirmed for Green Gathering, Willowman, SA4 & Whitedogs Festivals for 2012.
Firmly established in the festival scene, the band continues to gather a strong following with their amazing sets and tight performances. No newcomers to the festi / club circuit, the band performed at hundreds of clubs, venues and festivals throughout Europe and produced six albums as 'Unlimbo' from 1995 to 2003. Now as Akahum, the band continue to engage & excite audiences with their groove fuelled twisted tribal tunes.
