Rex Buchanan is a DJ / producer from the mile high city currently residing in NYC. Notable appearances include Firefly Music Festival 2014, Global Dance Festival 2011, Beta Nightclub (CO), The Gansevoort Hotel (NYC), The Delancey (NYC), Summit Music Hall (CO), Cervantes (CO), Club Vinyl (CO), The Church (CO) and opening spots for many world renowned acts including Pretty Lights, Big Gigantic, Griz, A-Trak, Will.I.Am, LMFAO, Empire of the Sun, Benny Benassi, Innerpartysystem, Green Velvet, Manufactured Superstars, Bad Boy Bill, DJ Dan, DJ Icey, Donald Glaude, Calvertron, Kids at the Bar, Darth & Vader, Matt Darey, DJ Vajra, LAZRtag, The Faint, Air Dubai and Ben Samples among others. Rex provides DJs with sound and lighting equipment for private events and teaches DJ and music production lessons through his company, Discosapien, and his recording studio, Elevation Sound Studios.
