“This morning I want to tell you all about Audio Outlaws. Their web page says they are a “super high energy rockin’ Country band that hails from the hills of Appalachia.” And I couldn’t agree more. They are definitely high energy, and they definitely do a great job with all of the cover songs they do – songs by Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert, Sugarland, Martina McBride and even Zac Brown Band. But they also gave us a little of their own music, and sang their latest “Wheels,” which they will be releasing to country radio soon.
Nikki Cole takes the lead on most of the songs. She’s a great singer, with powerful vocals and a fantastic, fun personality that spills from the stage into the audience. In addition to Nikki, there is Fred Moomaw, Drums; Rodney Crihfield, Bass; Paul Neeley, Upside down left handed lead guitar (literally, guys, I watched him!); and Matt Kyle on rhythm guitar.”
