Being born and raised as a traditional woodsman in the Wisconsin North Woods I truly appreciate the beauty and serenity of the forest. And my music is a reflection of this. My Grandparents were traditional farmers who enjoyed the simpler things in life. I learned from that experience to value the beauty that surrounds.
Being raised as a woodsman making wood flutes is truly an enjoyment to me. It is very rewarding to hear one of your creations playing beautiful notes. Most of my world music recordings feature one of my wood flutes. I believe there is a soul to the music link when the same fingers that play the flute also crafted it.
My artistic genre is classified World Music. And I’m truly proud and honored to be part of it.
