Vocalist, Entertainer and Entrepreneur, Anchris Morgan, was born and raised on the Westside of Detroit, Michigan. At the ages 2-5yrs old, and through middle school, she participated in many pageants and talent shows, to also include family reunions, school ensembles (where she was the lead vocalist in choir and theater) and local events. Often, performing songs by Anita Baker & Whitney Houston; belting out the words as if she understood the lyrics.

After middle school Anchris chose to attend Cass Technical High School in Detroit, Michigan (twice recognized as a “Blue Ribbon School” by the U.S. Department of Education, twice recognized as one of America’s Best High Schools as featured in Redbook Magazine, earned the title of being a “Grammy” Signature High School,” and named a “Demonstration School” by NABSE (National Alliance of Black School Educators). where she majored in Performing Arts. At Cass, some of the courses she took included: Radio/Television Broadcasting, Choir, Nonverbal Interpretation and Dance to name a few. While in High School Anchris sang with a popular gospel ensemble by the name of Dr. Toni Booker and Booker Productions Gospel Choir.

Once she graduated high school, she attended Ferris State University in Big, Rapids, Michigan. As a memeber of YBBW(You BeautifulBlackWoman Organization she became one of the go to vocalist for all events. Performing at fashion shows, conferences, club (sororities,fraternities, etc) events/meetings and banquets. After her last semester in college she took a break from performing and interned for Disney World in Orlando, Florida. After three years of living in Florida she moved to Houston, Texas in 2006 where she decided to get her MBA. After which she returned to her roots in performing.

In recent year,s she has worked her way around Texas and has performed with Alicia James of Houston, B.J. a Houston Artist, N-High Demand Band of Houston, Sassy Jones Band of Houston, and JK Band Experience of Houston and Passoword Band to name a few, along with Infinite Gravity, a band she created with another vocalist in Houston. To date Anchris has been a lead and background vocalist for Level One Band Productions, Enough Said Proiductions and currently "Liberated Soul Band". She is also currently working on her own independent project as the writer and vocalist witht the helps of super producer, Grim "Bruce" Rhodes. Her vocals are original and deep, yet powerful and will speak to your soul. Her goal is to leave a collective impression on your mind and your heart.
