Roger Briggs (b.1952) is an American composer, conductor, pianist, and educator. His music has been performed by ensembles such as the London Symphony Orchestra, the Prague Symphony, the Seattle Symphony, and the Da Capo Chamber Players. His music has been described as "delicate, haunting, trance-inducing" by Perspectives In New Music. He is currently the Artistic Director of the Whatcom Symphony Orchestra in Bellingham, WA and Professor of Composition at Western Washington University.
