AnnieMac is a seven-piece band with original music that they call roots rock & soul.
Born in San Francisco’s Bay Area, AnnieMac’s first lineup played regular, high-profile venues and opened for such artists as Tommy Castro. Since reforming in Oregon’s ruggedly beautiful Rogue River Valley in 2006, AnnieMac has built a loyal fan base by headlining music festivals and clubs. The band—often compared to The Band, Little Feat—echoes this with their stellar playing and arrangements.
“Honey mead and a homemade barbecue won't be the only hot things at Rising Sun Farms' Fall Harvest Sale this weekend. Bands AnnieMac and Soul Food will present a lineup of rock 'n' roll that's sure to keep folks jumpin' at the wine and food event.”

“AnnieMac spent 2007 hard at work on its forthcoming release, "Ignition." The group recorded at Radiostar studios in Weed, Calif., under the guidance of producers Sylvia Massy Shivy & music guru Jeff Pevar, a collaboration, which brought the project's creative energy to new heights.”
