Biography:

An enigmatic soundscape of cold, abrasive patterns within thick walls of bone-chilling ambience and subliminal sampling -- a musical playground for dark imagination.

The music of Little Sap Dungeon is often (and probably best) described as an atmospheric horror movie soundtrack. The band believes that music is a means of transcendence -- unlocking doors to solipsistic dimensions and expanding the imagination: music for the mind as the body follows. They specialize in the dark aspects of dynamic electronic music
while experimenting with ambient rhythmic foregrounds.

The project was conceived in 1997 by K.J. Cazier and A.E. Wilson in Salt Lake City, Utah. However, since the departure of Wilson in early 2010 the other half of LSD now rests on the shoulders of Chris Alvarado (23 Extacy / Twilight Transmissions). Claiming musical influences such as Godflesh, Skinny Puppy, Scorn, Coil, Dead Kennedys, Leather Strip, Death in June and many others, they also find much influence in surrealism, the paranormal, horror, nightmares, exploration and travel outside of known reality, brutal human acts of violence, fairy tales, desolation, invective behavior, religious and political paradoxes and everything unknown.

Press:

"Little Sap Dungeon would be the perfect soundtrack for a serial killer. These guys are among the finest of the harsh and dark, pissed-off caliber."
Modus Operandi - SLUG Magazine

“Sometimes you'll discover a real gem in the current house of dark electro industrial bands. Little Sap Dungeon is such a gem.”
TekNoir - Gothtronic

"It's not hard to imagine that the guys in Little Sap Dungeon believe we're already past a point of return and are headed for nothing but self-destruction."
Zac Phoenix - Brutal Resonance

“Little Sap Dungeon provides a sonic assault with the ability to knock down walls and fire up even the most timid of listeners.”
Mike Ventarola - ReGen

“If you have already called a well known act like VAC to be a “Splatter Electro” band then you haven’t heard this. This is much more deeper and heavier into this theme.”
Marc Tater - ChainDLK
