Biography:

Hi I'm Mark Dayoan a singer/songwriter from Queens, New York. I fell in love with music at the age of 15 as well as gaining musical inspiration from Pop/R&B singer, JoJo, during the summer of 2004. Later that same year, I wrote my first song about her. By early February 2005, I decided to take guitar lessons in order to accompany my compositions with melodies and to further express them genuinely.

After only a few months of guitar lessons, I picked up the skill and began incorporating it in my songs. Within a few months, I developed a passion for music which would expand my musical interest with different genres.

I started recording my own songs by late 2006 when my mother gave me a portable recording device. I gradually started playing the piano, bass, and drums in order to capture a full band sound. Currently, I've been covering songs on YouTube and working on some new original songs.
