ENTER SKINNY-C the NEXTABLO. Lyrically painting a vivid image of the southern lifestyle, Skinny-C uses his life as a canvas to invite listeners into the original Dirty South. Hailing from Atlanta, GA Skinny- C first began to receive high-acclaim in south Georgia and Florida regions with his charismatic freestyles, delivering both witty and illuminating lines. As he continued to generate an enormous amount of buzz on college campuses and the local club scene, Skinny-C then emerged on the Atlanta underground music scene, opening shows for artists including Killer Mike, Ciara, and Bobby Valentino.
Determined to hone and invest in his craft while collaborating with up-and-coming artists in the Atlanta area, Skinny-C embarked on a grassroots campaign to personally engage everyday individuals. As a result, Skinny-C has sold more than 10,000 combined digital and hard copies of his 2010 release, Mixtape Music Vol. 1: INTREPID and Mixtape Music Vol. 2: RHAPSODY. Since then, Skinny-C has performed at the 11th annual June-teenth Festival, the 5th Annual Texas Summer Music Conference, and numerous venues, concerts, and showcases in the southern region.
While building a brand, Skinny-C has provided fans with numerous projects including the note-worthy 110, Silk Robe Suede Slippers, and Rawthentic. Although, "TGIF" and "Watch This" remain fan favorites, Skinny's latest single, "FunGirl", is gaining much attention. "FunGirl" is an anthem for every woman who enjoys a carefree yet careful lisfestlye while keeping it sexy and classy.
“Skinny-C is all about his grind and soaring high. This young man is the example of an enterprising hungry artist.”
