Biography:

Ashlee Hewitt is a seasoned singer songwriter from the small town of Lancaster Minnesota. She moved to Nashville to pursue her career in music in 2006 and has since then made a name for herself one step at a time. Not only does she play guitar, mandolin, cello and keyboard, you can also add acting to that list. She has starred in several movies and is currently working on others. Her songwriting talents have landed her opportunities to write with some of Nashville's best, such as Jeffery Steele, Frank Myers, Dean Sams, Dave Gibson, Blair Daily, Troy Verges and many others. In the fall of 2014, Ashlee will release a new full length album all songs of which she either co-wrote or wrote alone. The album is being produced by respected Nashville producer Buddy Hyatt. She currently tours full time singing and playing guitar for legendary country superstar Lorrie Morgan while also being a mother to her beautiful 2 year old son Jackie Keith Whitley, II (aka "Tuff").
