As with most people who play, I started as a teen of 14 with my firsts guitar. Through high school and into the mid 70's, I played often and wrote, both by myself and with co-writers. After the mid 70's, I pretty much did nothing with music except off and on. More off than on. After being laid off from work in '05, I decided to pick it up again and give it another shot. Have been re-learning music, my guitar, and writing ever since. I've contacted my old writer buddy, and have been doing some things with him via internet. It's been slow, but I have great comments towards my music/songs, and some interest by people such as publishers, artist development companies, and may have a deal with one out of Nashville.
“Beautiful finger-picking and very soothing style. "If You Go to Heaven" brought me to tears because it so reminded me of my best friend who recently died. You so reminded me of him in your style. This song gripped my heart. "In the Name of Love" is a great tune. Great progression and very catchy!
Thank you for sharing these wonderful songs with us. Wishing you all the best and much continued success!
Much Love,
DD”

Mark Lindrin is the kind of musician that is indispensable: Lyrics you need to hear and melodies that soothe the savage human. I will always come back.[less]
