Founded by Micheal Naranjo, One Day Remains has become a force to be reckoned with.

One Day Remains' roots can be traced back about 8 years or so ago when Michael and Daniel van Niekerk (former bass player) 1st met in Table View, Cape Town.

After hearing Michael's solo album ‘Home', Daniel decided to hook up again with Michael and convinced him to help put together a band to do the music justice. After Justin Kruger (Polisiekar/ van Coke Kartel) declined to hop in on drums, Daniel and Mike recruited Brett Palmer formerly of The Benjamin Gate and Jagged X. Brett Palmer and Daniel van Niekerk have left One Day Remains to pursue other interests.

The latest addition to the band includes Guido Helm, formerly from Kelvin Declined on guitar and Jason Oosthuizen on drums.

One Day Remains have toured extensively with hit-machine Prime Circle and have taken there sound abroad to the Middle East where they left their mark on new fans!

One Day Remains debut album, ‘Sins, Convictions & Confessions', is out in stores now, so expect a sonic assault of hard rock, killer riffs and blasting beats to keep your head banging!
