Bass player in several bands (project and coverbands). Started years ago, allways wanted to make music. Got his first guitar somewhere around his twelfth birthday. Then somewhere along the line a friend went on vacation and asked to babysit his shortscale bass guitar (Fender) and then he knew, that's what he wanted. After starting playing bass guitar, Soon got himself a fretless bass. Shortly after that he bought himself his first synthesizer around '80 and that grew out to a small home studi...

Management or managing are NOT about decisions or reducing costs. No it's just about responsible managing the things you have to do to maintain a healthy business. Today's managers only look at reducing costs at this point, They don't know or think about affects in the long run. Because sometimes the costs that are reduced cost more one year later ...
