The Cascade Jazz Ensemble will perform its ninth annual Halloween Movie-Music Fest, 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 23, at Valley Center Stage. This years’ event theme is “Cosmic Voyages of the Tarot”, a live performance by a multi-keyboard jazz ensemble to images and visuals based on cards from the Tarot. The group will explore visuals and music ranging from Halloween-fitting cards like Death and the Devil to energies of universal beauty such as the Moon, Art and the Universe. Special images, animations and video will be used to evoke the energies of these ancient cards and symbols. Admission is $7 and the show
