Commemorating the contributions of African-Americans to Southern Nevada's history and culture, the Springs Preserve presents its second annual Black History Month Festival. This family-friendly event includes a children's film festival, historic black Las Vegas photography exhibit, musical entertainment and theatrical performances, carnival games and face painting, vendors selling African-American food, cultural art and gifts, and much more.
